THANK YOU, Dominiq, for your beautiful videos and website. I intend to make reading it a daily routine – and your pole gyrations give me encouragement to do the right thing by my body. It’s truly uplifting to watch you at the pole. Thanks again.

    • Thanks Suzi. Glad I can be a motivating example 🙂

Hello D – I have a very good rebounder and use it to keep my lymphatic fluids circulating. Wonder if you have any suggestions (or a video) on some routines. Appreciate this. Carpe Diem! Suzi

    • Hi Suzi, I have no experience with the rebounders. In fact, I’ve never heard of such thing until you mentioned it! I did go on the trampoline a lot when I was young though. I went on youtube and found a lot of videos on it. That’s my best bet of advice for you!

I must have seen it somewhere else, but I could have sworn on one of your messages you said that the first thing you did in the morning on a certain day was get on your rebounder… can’t find it now. oh well, thanks anyway. Suzi

Hey Dominiq! Great work on the pole! I was wondering if you recommend the Kendra X-pole vs. a spinning pole; I am looking to buy one and am also petite and a newbie and it but want to practice on it consistently and master it! What are your thoughts?
