THANK YOU, Dominiq, for your beautiful videos and website. I intend to make reading it a daily routine – and your pole gyrations give me encouragement to do the right thing by my body. It’s truly uplifting to watch you at the pole. Thanks again.
LIFE’S TOO SHORT TO FOLD YOUR UNDERWEAR. Suzi
Thanks Suzi. Glad I can be a motivating example
Hello D – I have a very good rebounder and use it to keep my lymphatic fluids circulating. Wonder if you have any suggestions (or a video) on some routines. Appreciate this. Carpe Diem! Suzi
Hi Suzi, I have no experience with the rebounders. In fact, I’ve never heard of such thing until you mentioned it! I did go on the trampoline a lot when I was young though. I went on youtube and found a lot of videos on it. That’s my best bet of advice for you!
I must have seen it somewhere else, but I could have sworn on one of your messages you said that the first thing you did in the morning on a certain day was get on your rebounder… can’t find it now. oh well, thanks anyway. Suzi
Def impressed, i bet you could do splits before you got the pole, yes?
I’d love to have your flexibility, bin doing yoga for years even. thankx!
actually no. i just slowly regained my split this summer. it’s never too late to re-stretch your flexibility. i’ve only started consistent yoga earlier this year. persistence!
tim ferris 4 hour week blog have interesting vblog post on writing a book. he mentioned that having a low expectation goal on wroting book helped him to ease the tension. ( 10 pages a day.. anything.. crap or not) good luck with your book.
Hey Dominiq! Great work on the pole! I was wondering if you recommend the Kendra X-pole vs. a spinning pole; I am looking to buy one and am also petite and a newbie and it but want to practice on it consistently and master it! What are your thoughts?
